Terms
Version 2026-09-22 · In effect from 2026-09-22
These terms describe what Nestly does, and just as importantly what it does not do. Nestly is in a free, invitation-only beta: a small number of households, a supervised setup, and a product that is still being built around you.
Nestly is a coordination tool. It keeps one shared, ordered picture of a relocation: what has to be done, who is doing it, which documents exist, and what each office has said so far. It is used by you, by the professionals you choose to work with, and it tracks processes run by government offices.
Nestly does not give legal or immigration advice, and nothing it shows you is a decision by any authority. When Nestly reads one of your documents, it records what it read as its own working understanding, shows you where each detail came from, and lets you correct it. That is never an official determination.
Lawyers, translators and advisers you engage through Nestly are independent. They are not employed by Nestly and Nestly does not supervise their professional work or take responsibility for it. Your relationship with them — what they will do, and on what terms — is between you and them.
No money moves through Nestly in this beta. Nestly does not handle contracts, fees or payments. Anything you agree to pay a professional is arranged and paid outside Nestly.
Government offices decide your case and decide when. Nestly tracks what those offices have done and records what they have said, but it does not influence their decisions or their timing, and it cannot promise an outcome or a date. When Nestly shows you that something is waiting on an office, the waiting is theirs, not ours.
Keep your sign-in details to yourself; anyone with them can see everything in your household. Tell us about people and documents accurately — the whole product is built on the assumption that what you enter is true, and an error there becomes an error in a government filing.
You decide which professionals can see which documents, and you can withdraw that access. Withdrawing it stops future access; it does not unsee what has already lawfully been seen, and a professional may keep their own copies of records relating to work they did.
Parts of the product are unfinished and are labelled as such. Things will change, and some will change quickly. We would rather tell you that than let you discover it.
How Nestly handles your data — including what removal does and does not do — is set out in the privacy notice, which is part of these terms.
These terms are an agreement between you and The Bricksquare, a company incorporated in Singapore, which operates Nestly. You accept them when you create your account by invitation.
During the beta Nestly is free. It is provided as it is, without any promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Check anything that matters for a filing against the original document or with your professional.
To the extent the law allows, The Bricksquare is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and its total liability to you is limited to SGD 100. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
You can stop using Nestly at any time and ask us to remove your data; what that does is set out in the privacy notice. We may end the beta, or your access, with reasonable notice by email, or immediately if the service is being misused.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction, without taking away any protection the law of the country where you live gives you.
Reaching us. Write to kk@thebricksquare.com. During this beta, the person who set up your account is also the fastest way to reach someone at Nestly.
These terms carry a version and a date. If they change materially we will tell you by email and ask you to read them again. What you agreed to, and when, is recorded and shown to you in Account & settings.
